Is ANYONE testing Cemu with both brands of graphics cards?

In emulation cpu power is more important than gpu power. If you buy a new videocard don't expect noticable performance difference in emulation unless if you only game in very high resolutions like 4k.

Dunno, but it's closed source and the guy developing it has Nvidia hardware, and no interest in fixing AMD specific bugs. Maybe they might be more on par as it matures, but not right now.

The problem are AMD drivers. the major game breaking bugs applies to the new polaris while previous generation of amd cards are working fine. unfortunately the specific polaris bugs affects the two major titles zelda and xenoblade X. nvidia also suffers from its own specific bugs (ie smash bros lighting) so what you are implying is pretty misleading so blame the hardware vendor not the emu author.

At what point did I say it was the author's fault?

Cemu is under scrutiny right now because of its patron system right now.

Too bad Cemu is eating my RAM like a hog. 12.8 of 16 GB o_O ... Otherwise BOTW is running at 26-30 FPS for me. For an emulator that is under 2 years old it's pretty impressive.

Just finished the game, that means I'm pretty much done with Cemu for now... at least I got an awesome screenshot out of all of this. Still have to really play that Witcher 3 GOTY... it's sitting in my library for over 3 months now with only 10 hours logged into it. At least in that game the world isn't as empty and barren as it is in BOTW which really irritated me.
