Pretty dumb to write that whole paragraph and be sarcastic about it. BTW, who has time for sarcasm on an internet forum?

Regarding Cemu, does this emulator not have a full screen mode? Why do I have to watch him play with a huge mouse cursor on top along with a menu bar when all that could be solved with a simple full screen option?

it does have fullscreen option..

I need to record the FPS counter . That's why I don't want to use full screen (Alt-Enter)
I tried Nvidia Shadowplay but it didn't work . Even though it can record game in full screen without killing the performance , Shadowplay recordings have bad colour : Too dark to see , colours are washed out
Fraps could work but it's even worse than Camtasia .

I've dealt with many of these. Don't use music. You can also troll and just play the music backwards too. :3 
If you get too many views though, it won't help. I had a muted video pulled, with just gameplay.  Also had a video that I myself Narrated pulled as well. -_- 
I do find it funny when they claim a video featuring texture packs though. They then profit off of emulation which is hilarious. XD

No big suprise, Nintendo will send take downs for any kind of video featuring their IPs (even Minecraft videos featuring the DLC released recently for Wii U were targeted, for example)...

In a *slightly* more sane world, video game companies would be allowed to take down pirated game links, but people would be allowed to freely post game footage. After all, they're the ones playing the game, they should "own" their own footage.

That's not that simple. When you buy a game, you have the right to own a legit and original copy of the game and play it. When you want to share a footage, your inputs belongs to you, but everything on the screen is copyrighted. You, and only you, is allowed to see it only because you bought it. But yeah, that's dumb.
