Interesting AzaIndustries, I'm curious about the performance of stock G3258.
It could save me some money.
I'm more interested about GC games than Wii.
Did you try some of them?
If it was able to run (full speed) MP, RE 4, SMS, WW and DKCR (the only Wii game) I'll change i3 for it.

From the gamecube games I've played they seem to work at full speed, I'll do some tests tomorrow.
Though my gamecube gamelist is very different from yours.
EDIT: OK did some testing at stock speeds.
BTW I'm only running 2xIR atm.
Here are some basic observation.
Luigi's Mansion - Playable 30fps minor slowdown in some cutscenes.
Super Mario Sunshine - Playable 30fps.
Kirby Air Ride = 60fps near perfect.
F-Zero GX = 45-55fps terrible audio, you could play it if you wanted lol.
Windwaker = Playable
Simpsons hit and run = Playable
Time Splitters 2/TimeSplitters Future Perfect = playable
Rayman 3 = Playable, played through the whole game.
I might add some more later.
