I was wondering if my PC is any good for Dolphin.

Specs:
Intel Core i3-4130 3.4 Ghz 2 Cores
8GB RAM
Intel HD Graphics 4400

Games I Want to play:
Skyward Sword
Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2
RE4
Sniper Elite
COD series

I don't expect 1600x900 60fps high.

so, what quality/fps should i expect? i'm hoping 1024x768 30fps at the least.
You should be fine to play some of those games at 1x or 1.5x IR. The CPU is fine, that GPU is what's going to bite you.

thanks, i have ran 3 games.
Super Mario Galaxy 2
Super Mario Sunshine
Twilight Princess
Galaxy goes from 30-60 fps, only 30 when a lot of stuff's going on.
twilight princess just stays at 30fps.
same with sunshine.
I am going to upgrade my GPU to a EVGA Nvidia GeForce 660 2GB superclocked soon.
That GPU should be fine to play up to 3-4x IR without any problem at all.

TP is a 30 fps game, so.

The only number you need to care about is the VPS. That should be at 60.

The only number you need to care about is the percentage, which should be 100%. The intended VPS can be either 50 or 60 depending on the display mode.
I forgot that we show speed percentage ^^;
