I know many people have likely asked this, but I need to.
How do you change the GCube games to the format required to play the games???
I keep trying to play LOZ: Wind Waker and It won't appear in my documents. I am assuming it's because it isn't an ISO, but please help me, someone! I am one step away from maybe playing GCube games, and I need someone to give it to me, step-by-step!!!
Also, When I say "give it to me" I mean I NEED EVERY STEP WORDED TO ME PERFECTLY, BECAUSE I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO.
Which file format is it, if not an ISO or GCM?

hmm but i've tried both iso and gcm and they both worked. If you already ripped to a different format (nrg or something else for some reason) try downloading magicdisk and installing that program. Mount the disc image, and then use that same program to create and iso of that image.
fail. You don't need to mount the disc. Dolphin reads the iso/gcm just fine without mounting.
You should not..
I Repeat, you Should not need to do any of that crap to use the emulator. Something's fishy.
You either didn't finish dumping or you don't know what the hell your doing.
Specify the Format and I'll give you the answer.

I didn't say mount them if it's in iso or gcm format. I merely mentioned a way to convert non iso format images to iso format. This won't work with gcm format though. eesh

He's right. I don't know what I am doing. I need a step-by-step on getting an ISO or whatnot. First, I need a good site that's free. Then, you must tell me EVERYTHING I need to do to make this work!

Don't be stupid, he never mentioned anything about downloading games. He's asking about ripping them.
There are actually several guides, search google, and I think there is a sticky thread here as well.. I think the best way to do it is to install the homebrew channel on your wii and rip them with some tool there... but I use my LG drive to do it.

congratulations, you took a really long and annoying way to rename the extension to ".iso" - that's all that does.
