It happens only to me or someone else too that has the "Stop", FullScreen" and "ScreenShot" icons missing from the gui?

I tried to change the language to explain the problem in english and I noticed that the problem disappears. So I tried other languages and the problem return.

I'm not sure about it, but I think it happens since El Capitan update.

Few Dolphin's version ago I noticed some sparkle (or whatever is) in the left and right side of the screen, but only when I star Dolphin, not during the games.

Any Help? Calling an exorcist?

This is a known issue that only happens in El Capitan. We weren't aware that it only happened when using languages other than English, so thanks for the information.
