what cpu is it
even with those questions answered it wont matter because that gpu cannot render gamecube or wii games at acceptable speeds

4gb ram window vista x64 is not a cpu and like i said it wont work anyway
Update your video card and if that doesn't work update DirectX9 to the newest version, And if your Still having problems use the directX9 plugin
that gpu will NOT render gamecube games at reasonable speeds
