This is very much likely the wrong place to put this, but I will anyway in the hope that I can be directed somewhere better.

I understand that the 64-bit version of the Visual C++ redistributable is required. However, when I click on the link and attempt to download the file, the download never even starts. Any help would be appreciated. I've tried calling Microsoft and just get nowhere with their automated prompts and haven't seen anything on the site itself.
Thank you, sir. Much appreciated!

For the download you get to a page where you select between the 32 bit version and the 64 bit version. After that you get to the actual download page, which does not work. And when you click the link for that case, you get back to the 1st page, and a circle starts, right? No, on the 1st page now are the download links. I have overlooked those the 1st 3 times, because it's just stupid.

Anybody else make that same experience?
Use the direct link provided by Daeoc above.
OR
Where is says click here if it hasn't started after 30 seconds, there's a new column that says Download link, which is the direct download link for which ever one you choose
So were the visual c dlls no longer being included with Dolphin at one point, and now returned? I just noticed the builds a few days ago didn't have them and now I just went to update and they're included again.

It allocates a big amount of RAM size to new VS related processes and it tries to communicate home online.
I'm unsure if this applies to all VS 2015 versions (development or not) but simply read further, it's frightening.

This is not spyware. This is program by Microsoft (Microsoft created Windows) so... this program is maked, to make applications on Windows.
