I clicked on the video for the game
The only reason why I want a ps3 emulator at this point is to play that bleach game I never got the chance to play. :/ It looked so cool!

Well, the guy did say "apparently". Not sure if that actually means he came to any conclusion. To be fair, from the video, it does appear that way.
I played '06 once in a "friend's" house. (like I have friends...) It was the beginning of the game.
All I really remember is the long load times. Not sure about the glitches. I didn't realize it was a horrible game.

Long load times != bad game. I don't know exactly how long '06 takes, but there are plenty of (good) games which have longer load times.
