Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

It happens always since v4.0-7767. When i start Dolphin it crashes after reading the list of ISOs and displays this error:

UPDATE: Dolphin crashes when reads this: RVL-WiiSystemmenu-v514.wad

If i move it out of my iso folder then Dolphin works fine and the list of games is displayed without any crash error!

Thank you for reporting this with the relevant details. When making the changes in 4.0-7767, I overlooked the case where WAD files don't have a full six-letter game ID. Can you confirm that the problem is fixed in this test build? http://dl.dolphin-emu.org/prs/pr-3065-do...est-x64.7z

It works fine now!

Note that the problem appeared with that specific .wad, all other wads i had (about a dozen) caused no problem.
