Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

I just recently updated my computer from Vista 32 bit to the 90 day trial for windows 7 64 bit (since the computer came factory installed with a 32 bit OS). My wife and I enjoyed playing Mario Party 6 while i was running vista but were having problems with framerate which is why I wanted to upgrade. Since the upgrade, the framerate did increase but now I am experiencing random crashes within about 5 min. I never had this problem before with vista. I tried a few other games and same issue. I have tried everything I can think of and am completely out of ideas. Any ideas from anyone else?

2.6 ghz core 2 duo
4 gb ram
256mb ATI Radeon 3450 HD vid card
Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit edition

are u using a different dolphin build?

hmm, which version of Catalyst driver do you have installed?

Forgot to mention the builds. I am using build 3661 but I have tried several other builds and have had the same problem. I'm using version 9.9 of the catalyst suite.
