Running on Win7 x32, 3.0 GHz dual core, Single GTX 275.

Should I assume there's no fix for this? I have an x1800 XT, which fully supports OGL 2.1, so I should have no problem. But given the only Win7 drivers ATi supplies for DX9 cards are Vista legacy, I can only guess that this is the underlying problem. If someone has a fix that doesn't involve going back to XP/Vista or spending money I don't have on a new card, it would be really awesome.

Windows 7 RC x64, AMD X2 7750, Radeon x1800 XT PE (with latest Vista legacy drivers), for what it's worth. OGL Extensions Viewer says all the required extensions are there.
