So right now i only have this spec is this enough for me to play wii emulator?

I3 2100
8GB RAM
GTX 750 Ti 2GB

Actually i want to change my cpu to i5 3rd generation(can anyone suggest me good i5 3rd generation cpu?? With $250 budget) but for now my money still stuck for buying UPS

My future game maybe

Inazuma eleven 2014
Zelda skyward sword(idk though my pc can run this game)
Fire emblem game
Mario game
Going up to a 3rd gen i5 won't really give you that big of a speed increase.
You should get the Haswell G3258 and a Z97 board, it will allow you to overclock to around 4.5 Ghz and perform just like the i5-4690K/i7-4790K at around the same speeds, because Dolphin is a dual-core program, so the faster the 2 cores are the faster Dolphin runs (extra cores on the i5/i7 only help with runing background processes)
I get that the G3258 is an incredible piece of silicon for dolphin, but I always wonder

"Well what if they want to run other things than just Dolphin"

I imagine modern games would cry at Pentium class CPUs.

>_>
It's still faster than most chips from AMD, and games work on those adequately.
I would honestly just get a 2500k and overclock it. You can find used ones for like $150
His current system is a 2nd-gen i3, it's very unlikely his motherboard have a chipset that allow overclocking...

i think skylake so overprice i just want to play at playable fps
Since Dolphin is a dual core app , G3258 @ 4.6GHz = i7 4790k with Turbo Boost . My G3258 run everything full speed !!!
Asrock Z97 Anniversary + G3258 is the best combo for low budget atm
