whenever I try to run any iso or gcm i get the errors:

Error loading Plugins/plugin_DSP_HLE.dll: can't find file

and

can't init DSP Plugin

and

Couldn't Init the core
Check your configuration.

can anyone help me with this?

u need to download and install both of those updates

Under my Plugins tab in configuration nothing is showing up for graphics and so on

Sorry for posting so much but I keep finding more and more.

Whenever I open Config I get the error:

Could not read ./User/Wii/shared2/sys/SYSCONF. Please recover the SYSCONF file to that location.

Actually on that matter it isn't reconizing anything that should be in the Plugins folder, but it is all there.

put this in

*\User\Wii\shared2\sys

It's weird that your dolphin version doesn't come with the SYSCONF file
