mabey Try using Dolphin.exe instead of JitIL?

or you can just try an older build..the first ones with watchdog implemented had super smash bros perfect i think...

In that stage there is a 100% sure crash, just like the one in the swamp.

You need to play using the debugger, and switch to interpreter core every time your character attempts to cross a door.
Once crossed, you may safely play using the recompiler core again.

Start dolphin in debugger , play normally , when you're in the front of the door before the two dark samuses pause the game , go to debbuger window and change to interpreter core , press play in the Dolphin window ( now the emulator is runing slow as shit) , cross the door , skip the video, When you apear in the room pause the game, untick the "interpreter core" option , press play again , defeat the boos and VOILA!
