Wasn't agile development only fashionable for like a year? Does supporting it really help anyone?

One of the core devs is working on a solution with redmine last I asked.

As it's opensource project You can get InteliJ + Youtrack (which integrates well)

We looked into YouTrack and had an Open-Source instance going at some point, but it had quite a few issues importing issues (no pun intended), so it kinda lost steam and probably died by now.
But don't worry, there will be an announcement when the new tracker is ready.

Also they randomly cancelled our account. So yeah...
