You can build a far better desktop with that budget. Don't buy a pre-built.

A GTX 960 is not too much more than a 750 and is much better than it, you should get that instead.
If you really want to get a 750, I would suggest waiting until the GTX 950 releases soon.

G3258 is much cheaper than any i3 , i5 but it will be as strong as i7 4790k @ 4.4GHz if you overclock (Hint : Dolphin is a dual core app)
My build is much better and it cost less than $400
