I am on Win 10, now too. I love it so far for my other stuff i do with it, but dolphin gives me a headscratcher now.
On win 8.1, my wiimotes where paired to the logitech MX dongle (using the built in BT-stack), and i just needed to switch them on with 1+2 to get them connected and recognized in dolphin.
Now, they pair up, windows shows them as connected (but forgets the pairing the second i switch them off again) The four LEDS blink according to the battery level.
But dolphin acts up: i cant get it to recognize the wiimotes, and when i open the controller configscreen and click on "refresh", dolphin hangs. (it does that even without a paired wiimote btw.)
I also installed the toshiba stack for testing - it keeps the pairing memorized at least. But dolphin still won't connect them. and still hangs when i click refresh (or the chekmark for continous checking)
The symptoms are the same on 7320 and 5.0rc8, both x64. Any ideas?

I'm actually running 4.0-7167 (because they just finished hooking up my internet in my new apartment and I haven't updated anything yet)

Intel drivers tend to be shit either way, but apparently they're even worse with Windows 10.
