Hey all sorry to bother,
Dolphin was working beautifully up until I updated OS X. All of my games were running smoothly, and I was still using 3.0.
After updating, I updated Dolphin to 4.0 and now every time I open a game its at FPS 0-2, VPS 120 and 200% Speed. For all of them.
Obviously nothing is playable. I tried 4.0-7170, and even going back to 3.5 and 3.0, and they all give the same problem. All my settings are "optimal" as prescribed.

2.5 GHz Intel Core i5
4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
AMD Radeon HD 6750M 512 MB
Not good, but it ran everything perfectly until now. I'm not very technical so even after intense googling of my problem I got nothing.
