Thanks for those info, my problem for now is those trees always disapearing at the edge of the screen but maybe i miss something.

Your pack is really nice by the way thx for the link.
Thanks for trying the texture pack, let me know if you experience any issues such as misssing textures, I try to fix it then.

Weird, I am not having any issues on my end with both codes.
Are you using the 16:9 AR code or the 16:9 Gecko Code? Enable cheats must be on in the core config. If you use the 16:9 AR code you must also enable the widescreen hack.
The widescreen hack must be turned off if using the Gecko code. The AR code must be added in the AR code section, the Gecko code in the Gecko code section, otherwise it does not work.
You should also set the aspect ratio to force 16:9, regardless of the code. Make sure you are using the NAAE01, NTSC-U (thus USA) version. Only use one code, not both.
It seems to not work with official versions of Dolphin.
What do you mean with official? Dolphin 4.0.2? You need to have the latest development build on the top of the download page, which is currently 4.0-9215 at the time of writting this comment. The latest development build supports newer features such as the new tex format for high quality textures. What exactly is not working with the "official" version of Dolphin? The texture pack? The 16:9 widescreen code? The gecko or AR code? Something else. Is the issue partly or severe? Is it a crash? Which settings do you use? Try posting screenshots or something similar of your core and graphics settings and the issue you are having with the disappearing trees you mentioned.
Official versions of Dolphin are the ones that are available on https://dolphin-emu.org/download/. This includes both stable and development builds.
Ok it's all good now, just forgot to change the language to english.
Can someone take a look at the AR code for Luigi's Mansion NTSC-U version?

The aspect ratio on that one is off, it's more 16:10 than 16:9

AR code used is:

040206A0 3C603FE3
040206A4 60638E39
040206A8 906700B0

The values are identical to that of the PAL version fyi (Which does show 16:9 correctly), maybe someone looked up the addresses but forgot to edit the values.
[color=#000000]Can I get a 16:9 AR code for Gauntlet - Dark Legacy NTSC-U please? The game ID is GUNE5D.
Please I really need a 16:9 AR code, desperately. Dolphin's Widescreen Hack causes severe culling/clipping issues, am playing multiplayer with a group of friends and it annoys them, but all of us can't bare to play in the 4:3 aspect ratio or the game stretching.

Are there 48:9 codes for Triple monitor setups? Specifically for Mario Kart: DD. Or if anyone knows if the 21:9 code would do the trick? I'm guessing it wouldn't but it would at least be better than 16:9.
