I looked online could not find anything if anyone has a link to convert trk files into wav or mp3 please let me know thanks

If someone knew how, they'd probably have posted it somewhere that Google can access. That said, it might be the case that it's a more widely-known format but with a weird extension. If you're serious about reverse engineering this stuff yourself, then you might want to look at the first part of the files in a hex editor and compare them with those of other games that people have made more progress with.
