I know this is the Dolphin forums, but I thought I'd post it here because I'm getting no responses on NGEmu lol.

Anyways, I seem to be getting a problem when using the OpenGL2 driver, when I play the game, the sound and picture skips a lot for some reason. I used to use this driver before on my old computer and it worked fine, but since I've upgraded to a new PC, I'm getting this issue.

The emulator version I'm using is 1.9.25, I've tried 1.9.0 as well, but I get the same problem.

Also here are my OpenGL2 driver settings:

Any ideas on how to sort this out?
pete's drivers have always caused issues with me, but his older one (P.E.o.P.S or something) have caused less issues
The thing is I can only use custom shaders on the Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.9 plugin, so I really want to solve this issue and use that one instead. The other plugins aren't really that good unfortunately.
Sorry but this bugs me immensely so I have to bring it up. It's a plugin, not a driver. The word driver does not appear in the name or documentation. And that is done deliberately because it would make absolutely no sense if it did. I had to reread your OP to figure out that you weren't actually talking about an OGL2 driver.
That's so dumb. It's not a driver.

Out of curiosity where did you download it from? The download on his website is not named that.
I downloaded a ePSXe pack ages ago, it had all the plugins and everything with it. I guess it just happened to be called that lol.
By the way guys, this issue has now been fixed: http://ngemu.com/threads/problem-with-petes-opengl2-driver-2-9.174137/

Turns out it was Raptr causing the issue for some reason, now that I've disabled it on startup, I'm now getting no lag during gameplay.
Sorry I had to: (Show Spoiler)
I'll defintely be getting Nvidia next.
