Can confirm that there is no performance gain in Dolphin on Windows 10, at least not in OpenGL. I am very intimately familiar with the exact fps my system is capable of spitting out under OGL in Metroid Prime. There are exact moments where I memorized my framerate, and it didn't change.

I am very skeptical of this...would you be able to show a side by side comparison video of some sort. But then if you have Windows 8 dual boot with Windows 10. I don't know how you would confirm this. OpenGL is the fastest backend for me so I would like to see if there is a significant improvement.
