What is SATV? I've never heard of that before. Huh

Oh. For a second there, I thought it was something different. Tongue
Recently, I've found two issues that were caused by build #1274 in the "release-android" section. The first video shows the end of the intro to Delfino Plaza not fading out correctly as the bottom of the screen still shows part of the Delfino Plaza (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7HH2tY-TW4c). The second video shows The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction not being able to boot up anymore (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a6MGoKACscw). Both of these issues might have something to do with a patch that was implemented to "dolphin-master-4.0-7418.apk".
In Project M, I've found more graphical issues plus two collision issues in Adventure Mode (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3eusoxegs80).
While I was playing as Olimar in Project M, I'm unable to pluck any Pikmin, even if they're all dead (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NrS5QWxe9B4). How am I suppose to attack people without Pikmin on my side?
Why do Waddle Dees have these odd faces in Project M (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DfrHEjdvaHM)? To me, it looks a little terrifying to see a Waddle Dee walking around without any eyes!
Three more videos with issues that have to do with Project M are uploaded on my channel. The first issue occurs in Skyworld as most of the entire stage is black, making it rather difficult to even figure out where most the platforms are (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-2QCCQm3Sk8). The second issue occurs in Castle Siege as the background looks rather messy (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nm8bEvnzRoU). The third issue occurs with saving my progress as whenever I leave the game, all of my data is gone (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X7OZSmPtYdg). I'm not sure which build was the cause of these three issues, but I'm hoping they will be fixed soon.
Today, I've found an issue with Retro City Rampage not running properly while your character is standing if the Texture Cache Accuracy is set to "Low" or "Medium" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oJ22q3VMLiQ). To fix this, you'll have to set it to "High" in order to avoid vehicles and people teleporting.

We don't support gameini right now on android. Is this issue also valid on desktops? Do we overwrite the texture cache accurency by game ini?
