For the controller issue, I've figured out what was causing this to occur. For whatever reason, if you bind one controller to both the Gamecube controller and the Wii Remote controller and play Project M, both the 1st controller and the 2nd controller will be controlled at the same time by using only one controller.
Oh. That's because Brawl supports both Wiimotes and Gamecube controllers :/

Wii, but not without some issues (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jVGrE38xxM4). Why can an airship fly through the ground? Nobody knows!
For the crash, are you able to compile dolphin on your own? It's usually a very nice way to bisect such issues to single broken instructions. At least my last two fixes are done in this way. If you need help on how to bisect instructions, just ask us/me on IRC.
I don't understand where IRC is as I've never used that site at all. Also, to answer your question, I'm not sure how to compile Dolphin on my own as I haven't figured out how to compile APK's in the first place.
I have having issues too. The latest android dev version crashes everytime. Sometimes it crashes to the menu and sometimes it crashes back to nova launcher. I am using the lg g4. I thought it has something to do with the new arm64 recompiler but it still crashes when using the interpreters and it also crashes when using software renderer instead of opengl es
That's odd. I'm not sure what's causing that issue to occur on your phone as crashing doesn't occur all the time on my Nvidia Shield Android TV.
Yeah i dont know what the problem is. I am pretty tech savvy but none of the builds after dropping arm32 bit support work.
We've never tested on an a4xx device that has new enough drivers to support GLES 3.1 and AEP.
It's most likely hitting an issue in the video driver that we aren't expecting and crashing.
Won't know if it's our fault or Qualcomm's until it is tested and resolved.

Is there any chance we can get it worked sometime soon
Looks like Super Mario Sunshine isn't working as well as the older builds since for whatever reason, I can't enter 3 stages anymore (
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h0_xsFi-sws). Another thing that occurs during gameplay is that whenever it freezes at random times, it'll stay like that for a few seconds before it'll continue gameplay. That really bothers me as it'll interrupt what I'm doing and I have to wait before I can continue playing. A couple of those moments can be seen at 1:11 and 2:09.

The same thing happens to me on the N9 but it crashes when it does that pipe sound and cuts to the swirling black screen, it doesn't make it to the level select menu

Are you having the same issue as me by using the latest builds or by using the earlier builds?
In the latest builds so far, I've found two graphical issues in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. The first issue I've found is where the boat that takes you to Rogueport turns into a sky when it jumps (
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=slmS33Kx04g). The second issue is where the X-Nauts are invisible and only their shadows appear on the ground (
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1C8cM8VAiHs). I haven't seen either of those issues in one of Kwee's optimized builds, meaning that I'm not sure what's causing those two issues to occur in the later builds.
