I uploaded another video showing a performance comparison of Mario Kart Wii with Dual Core turned off, but in this video at 2:01, if I load a save state immediately after I run the game using "dolphin-master-4.0-8163.apk", the game will both freeze and will make this obnoxious beeping noise nonstop (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vtzP_L5QRw8). I find this odd because none of the other games I tried had this issue and worked fine. Why is Mario Kart Wii the only game I tried out that has a save state issue?

What build are you using?

A variety of the latest builds from last week or so, same issue in every one
Using a shield tv and shield controller

That's odd, as it works fine for me when I use the latest builds. Try running Mario Kart Wii again using Cached Interpreter and see how that goes.

Still doing it. I honestly have no idea whats causing it
Ive been having a ton of control problems, for example if I map the dpad to anything, it takes over both the main stick and dpad rendering the joysticks useless. A bug that never existed until a few days ago.

Me neither. Also, about the controller bug you mentioned, I'm not having any problems with my controller, and I'm not sure why this d-pad issue is occurring with your Nvidia Shield Android TV. I don't know what type of solution you should use right now, but if I were you, I would report it to Dolphin's issue tracker and see what they could do about it (https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/projects/emulator/issues).

In my opinion, I would say as of right now, build #1662 is the best working build so far because I don't see any performance issues when using Dual Core unlike later builds such as build #1663. If you want to see what I mean, you should watch this video comparing those two builds shown here.
