When I try to boot up TimeSplitters: Future Perfect, I only get to see a black screen and nothing else (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vq1nBIed60c).

yeah，in china you can not access to the website such as google/facebook/youtube/..... WTF Angry

but dolphin-emu is available thank goodness 。

A variety of the latest builds from last week or so, same issue in every one
Using a shield tv and shield controller

Using a shield tv and shield controller

That's odd, as it works fine for me when I use the latest builds. Try running Mario Kart Wii again using Cached Interpreter and see how that goes.
