Please delete the log once if you do that, and then run the game once, so only stuff from this game is inside the log file.

how do i do that

Also tried to play MP3 as the separate edition and it still has problems not in the wiki, such as crashing when touching these touchpads and the scanner only wanting to scan one object int he room sometimes.

As well as these random errors when booting: http://i.imgur.com/f9FZpju.png

Guess im not playing MP3 in HD with anti-aliasing and texture filtering. Sure I can just get out my wii and play it but what fun is that?
AA and texture filtering might be the cause of your scan problem. But it should cause any of the other issues.

Savestates can cause all kinds of issues. Can you test with a new game? Or least from a save of the game instead of a savestate?

What errors and warnings does Dolphin display there? I mean the stuff in yellow. That list is much longer than anything i have seen so far.

And you have an amd cpu. Maybe somebody introduced a bug that only shows on certain amd cpus, like yours. Can you try some older builds? Like some 4.0-5xxx and 4.0-3xxx. If those don't have those errors please try to pinpoint which version broke things. For this bisect, example: test 4.0-7000 broken, test 4.0-5000 ok => test 4.0-6000, if that's ok, test 4.0-6500 and so on.
deoxxys has a new intel CPU (mentioned in first post)

Check the integrity of the disk image?
How do i check integrity of diskimage?

Savestates can still mess it up? I thought it said in the dolphin wiki that, that was fixed?

Also yellow errors....looking those up
savestates can be risky if you don't know how to use them. for example, if I'm playing Fire Emblem and i save state in the middle of the match, finish the match, save in game, and then am like "aw man I forgot that one thing" and try to load save state it'll freak out.

yellow errors? what do you mean

check the image integrity by checking the partition integrity (wii games) or the MD5 (GC games)
I assume he means the yellow text you see when starting a game.
those are not errors, you should probably read things before you assume they're over your head deoxxys. many error messages can be specific for what they want you to do, for example, there was a person who brought up a problem where he copied/pasted an error code which said "update your DX11 runtime, please" on it and i had to specifically say "do that" to fix the problem

oh when I was wondering about yellow errors I thought he talking about something else, I know all about the beginning text when booting a game.
