Then link me a cpu then that would make it faster or apu or give me a hack that highers the fps not to be mistaken with the 60 fps hack.

Any recent Intel CPU dethrones its AMD counterparts, so, if you want better performance in Dolphin and is willing to replace your CPU, Intel is the way to go...

You can hear audio crackling at the begining, meaning games aren't running at full speed. Also, Mario Kart isn't very demanding.

Try something demanding (Zelda TP, F-Zero GX, Super Mario Galaxy, The Last Story, etc) and you be lucky if you hit 50% emulation speed in those CPUs...
