I got my sister's computer (with her permission) to try to get Dolphin running on a Windows device. I can't even get it to run because after I download the file from the site, it says that I need an application to open the file which I don't have. So I am kind of stumped here. If anyone can walk me through the process of getting it on the computer, I would be grateful.

The processor is an Intel® Celeron® 2957U @ 1.40GHz 1.40 GHz

Installed memory (RAM) is 4.00 GB

System type is 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

The pen and touch is a Full Windows Support with 10 Touch Points.
I'm going to assume it's talking about 7zip, but it even if you do get it running it's probably not going to run very well.
And why would that be?
Because it is a ULV 1.4Ghz CPU.
So does that mean that it would be incredibly slow or would it be glitchy or both?
It would be incredibly slow.
OK. Thanks for the help.
