I get this message when trying to open Dolphin

I have tried redownloading the program but that hasn't worked any idea what this means.

it means what it says, the system can't find the path. did you move the exe to the desktop

Are you just copying the EXE out of the folder? Because there are some sys files that it's looking for that aren't there.

Don't try to run it from the archive, extract it first.
