AFAIK is DirectInput, XInput and SDL (at least on Windows). It also supports real GC controllers through the official GC adapter released with Super Smash Bros for Wii U and real Wiimotes directly (if you have a Dolphin Bar or compatible BT device)...

How can I enable and disable APIs individually?

You can't, but you can select which one you want to use here:

It only appears DirectInput.

What exactly are you trying to do? Why you need to change API?

SDL was dropped from windows after it detected webcams as controllers, which crashed dolphin of course!

I'm having problems with my game-pad. What controller APIs does Dolphin support?

Which gamepad you have (model/brand)? And what problems are you having?

I have the wired Xbox 360 game-pad. After installing the Microsoft drivers I've installed the x360c drivers because a lot of my software is DirectInput.
I don't have problems in Dolphin, but the game-pad has problems with other software. I'm trying to see if I can change my game-pad drivers.
