I'm using 4.0.2, I had tried using the latest development version before, it didn't work, so I switched to a stable build instead.

Edit: Switched to latest development version after deleting all the folders, now there's no memory card anywhere, and the game says the memory card is corrupted and needs to be formatted. No save is created when I try to make one.

Edit#2: Got it to create a memory card (Don't know how, though), games still all say it's corrupted and needs formatted.

Edit#3 - Final: I don't know what the hell I did, but I got it functioning, thanks for trying to help .

you were pushing the wrong button on the GC pad. the 'B' button chooses no even if you have yes selected, you fixed it by pushing 'A' on the prompt

This is like the 8th time I've seen this become a legitimate problem.

I've lost count of how many times I read this, hasn't this functionality been a staple in nintendo games since snes? :/
