GPU bottleneck . GT 730 is a low-end Kepler GPU (Only GTX 750 and GTX 750TI are maxwell GPU)
It can't handle 3xIR (1920x1584) for sure due to poor memory bandwidth but 2xIR or 2.5xIR (higher than 720p) should be do-able
There are 3 versions of GT 730 : http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gt-730/specifications
If you happen to own a 64bit version of GT 730 then sorry , i don't think it can handle 2xIR

I would say it's worth if you want to do things are either difficult or not possible to do on an actual Wii console, such as using Gecko or Action Replay cheat codes.
