Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Hi! I'm new here. So i'm wondering if i can run games like wind waker on full settings, 30 fps vsync on(stable)
My CPU is i5 4670k 3.4ghz-->3.8ghz turbo and sapphire r9 280 3gb gpu, note gpu is not X version. Screen resolution is FullHD. Thanks!

Depends on what you call "stable", there will always be some stutter eg on shader compilation, but the general gameplay will be smooth in every game.
