how long have you been using dolphin? you say you're encountering the problem in 4.0-6620, have you used older revisions? is this a new problem with the latest master releases?
I don't think it is, since it happened with older revisions too.
I am using dolphin for 4 years now.
I didn't have such problems with my older pc specs and older revisions(3.5 and above).
My older pc specs were far worse than my actual specs.
It isn't only SMG what cause the problem.
I played through Zelda Twillight Princess (GC Version) twice with the same revision, but it was still laggy in some areas.
that's interesting. and you said this is hapenning with multiple games?
try using the
ishiiruka build and see if you don't have the same issues.

I tried ishiirukas unstable releases as well, but the issue is still remaining.
I also tried other things like actual pc games and the pcsx2 emulator, but they seem to work without problems.
Could it be, that my latency is to high (483 and lower) ?
If that helps, I am running Dolphin and the games from a RamDisk.
Could that cause the possible problems with dolphin ?

Latency of what?

Hm, interesting! There's no benefit at all to running Dolphin from a RAM disk- Dolphin emulates the original slow disk read speed anyway. Now, generally, it wouldn't make things
worse either- but there's a possibility that you're running out of RAM due to the RAMDisk, which would cause the system to page furiously, killing your performance. Get rid of (as in, turn off entirely) the RAMDisk and try running Dolphin normally.

I meant my DPC latency, well problem solved.
It was my RamDisk afterall which caused fps drops in most games, but SMG 2 is still laggy in World 6 on the galaxy where I encounter the fire dragon(snail).
When I encounter the fire dragon (snail) the fps drops to 55 and remain, unless I finish the boss fight.
Could I probably fix it somehow ?
