I've just had exactly the same detection message as Pringo posted with 4.0-6484 and came straight here to reassure myself that it was a false positive.

One of the recent virus definition updates must be the reason why as it was fine when I first tried it a few days ago although I've not used Dolphin for the last couple of days. It's definitely the exact same file that was in the original archive as the checksum hasn't altered. It worried me initially as I rarely get virus alerts (thank God!) but the odd false positive every now and then I can live with Smile
I used Dolphin 4.0, but Avast have never found a virus, use a serious antivirus, I never heard about panda

please do research before saying things like that. "I haven't heard of it" =/= "IT'S EVIL STAY AWAY"

Contact the Antiviral people that you use and have them check the suspicious files.
It's better than declaring it a false-positive as files could get infected.
Also try a clean re-install, download+install, to check if the warning pops up.
no, he just has a weird virus on his computer, not related to Dolphin
