Figured I would share my results for testing more Nintendo Wii games that have native GameCube controller support (i.e. games that have the potential to run on Android since Wii controls haven't been implemented yet).  Quick heads up... unfortunately none of the games I tested tonight really worked (Fire Emblem did at first, but when I quit and tried to play again, it didn't work anymore).

On to the down and dirty notes (note when referring to opti build, I'm talking about the unofficial Kwee builds from this forum):

Resident Evil Archives - Resident Evil -- Opti builds freeze upon trying to boot... -- 4.0-6807 = Menus & videos run great... as soon as it tries to load initial gameplay, it kicks you back to the Dolphin menu -- 4.0-5672 does the same...

Resident Evil Archives - Resident Evil Zero -- Same as GCN version... (only tested on 4.0-6807)

Sin & Punishment - Star Successor -- Buttons work on initial screen, but once it gets to Select a File, you cannot do anything but go back... (took a screenshot)

GoldenEye 007 -- 4.0-6807 Immediately kicks you back to the Dolphin menu -- Opti build = Black screen on boot attempt

The King of Fighters Collection - The Orochi Saga -- Opti build = Same black freezing issue upon booting game... -- 4.0-6807 = Menus work, but it says "The Game Disc could not be read" when you try selecting any of the games...

Dragon Ball - Revenge of King Piccolo -- 4.0-6807 = Crazy flashing screen (migrane inducing) -- 4.0-5672 = Same flashing issue... -- Opti = Black freezing screen on bootup

Fire Emblem - Radiant Dawn -- 4.0-6807 = Seems to work decently well with OC = 0.5 (some missing textures here and there) -- Meh, kept crashing once I quit the game and tried to start it back up (would crash just prior to starting the actual gameplay)

Mario Kart Wii Fun -- 4.0-6807 Wiimms screen, hit "A" then panic message / kicked me right back out to the Dolphin menu

Mario Kart CTGP Revolution 1.02.0003 -- 4.0-6807 has the same issue as Fun edition

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Smash-Up -- 4.0-6807 When you select any of the modes, the menus disappear while the game keeps playing, making it impossible to do anything... -- 4.0-5672 Does the same... -- Opti = Freezing upon boot issue

EDIT: Another update.  I tested about 20 GameCube games today (games that people had requested--not really super popular ones).  I'd say right now with the latest builds only 1 out of 10 works without doing the black screen issue after 1-2 minutes into gameplay or crashing within a few minutes of booting the games.  For most games, the FPS is a lot better than older builds that don't have the black screen issue... so I hope that gets fixed soon.  I'm probably going to slow down on doing many more Dolphin videos for the NVIDIA SHIELD Android TV device until this bug hopefully gets resolved (it's taking way too much of my time right now to test all these games on multiple builds).  I still have a handful of games that worked decently well that I'll be posting soon... but if some of you guys continue testing, please let me know if/when the black screen issue is resolved.
Here's a video of Bomberman Generation running pretty well with one of Kwee's unofficial optimized builds from several months ago.

A few more Dolphin videos will be added in the coming days.
Any one got updates about newer builds? Not had a chance to test any for a week ago due to various things, would rather not cover old ground if other Shield TV owners here have more up to date information.

Ran 6901 - same old stuff; still no multiplayer controller support.

Tried 6936. Recent UI changes look a lot nicer, but I had to resort to using a mouse to select the + icon in order to add the ROMs folder and to disable the on-screen overlay.

Bomberman Generation works mostly well, got quite a few panic errors but it continued running ok. Eventually the playfield (but not "HUD") turned black and the game hung.
Mario Kart - Double Dash. Works perfectly other than only running at ~45fps. Haven't tried OC yet, will see how that goes.
Metroid Prime - Quits to UI immediately after the "Dolby ProLogic" notice.
Mario Kart Wii - Panic alert & crash to UI immediately after controller notices.

Rubbish weather so will be doing some more "testing" today.
Nice to see you here Knights Smile

Tried latest build - 6953 - as of writing this tonight... Unfortunately seems far buggier than the much older build I did have installed (hopefully it's just the one step back bit before the two steps forward bit). Virtually everything crashing out within seconds of entering gameplay, sprite problems galore for most things in game (tested Sunshine, Double Dash, Timesplitters 2, SSB, F-Zero GX). Might head back and try the build Sonic used for the recent YouTube video and stay there another week before trying new stuff.
Build 6974 briefly tested, pretty impressive for Mario Sunshine - 30fps at the airstrip and 24-28 in Delfino Plaza, Timesplitters 2 running a good 60fps too . Going to update to newer build and see if any changes.
Just a curiousity... after runned the app with the Shield TV, how you can the game if you cannot go where the "+" is? How do you add games?

if I'm not mistaken doesn't nvidia provide a mouse mode for the right stick to assist those fringe cases?

Hi,
there is an emulated touchpad like the one on the PS Vita but it doesn't show the pointer.
