Seems like the thread to ask. Is the Shield Tablet still viable to use Dolphin on?

The buildbot no longer includes armv7 in the builds,  so no.  You can deal with older builds,  but as of right now the tablet no longer receives active support

The shield TABLET uses an ARM Cortex-A15 (Armv7 / ARM32) proc while the shield TV use an ARM Cortex-A57 proc (ARMv8 / ARM64) proc. While the buildbot only seems to poop out ARMv8 builds, it may (hopefully) be possible to compile ARMv7 versions.

Ah. That's disappointing. Thank you for responding.

Sure, if you want to use the interpreter and run Dolphin at unplayable speeds... The ARMv7 JIT was removed recently.
Couple more GameCube videos.

BloodRayne (runs just a bit better than half speed): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NkaV3YVBtBQ
Animal Crossing (runs at or near 60 FPS, has black screen issue but it worked itself out): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=isLUjBZ38W8
Tested with dolphin-master-4.0-6800.apk and Controller bindings save and work with this build. Luigi's Mansion runs very well on the Shield.  100% Playable.  Only settings I have changed are:

Dual Core Enabled
Fast Mem Enabled
Under Hacks:
Skip EFB
Ignore Format Changes

I have overclock enabled at 1.000000 but it seems to run very well even if you don't enable this.

I had to use a wireless mouse to disable the onscreen display, and had to use the mouse to edit the config.ini file under ES file explorer to enable overclock.  For some reason those 2 things I couldn't seem to do with just the controller.

Hope this helps somebody else

Setting the CPU clock to 1.000000 is the same as not enabling it.

Ya looks like 0.500000 or 0.250000 are better values to test.  I'll try those out.  It already runs great without it enabled but some games will obviously work better with it enabled
Time for another GameCube video... this time it's Custom Robo running on 4.0-6787. It black screens during the first fight, but after the fight is over the black screen issue resolves itself. Besides that it runs mostly at 60 FPS (some areas in the 50s).

EDIT: Here's a video of Star Fox: Assault. I had to use one of the Kwee optimized builds because the newer ones would quickly crash or go straight to the black screen issue. I started the video with setting the Dolphin.ini overclock value at 0.25, then turned it off, then set it to 0.50 so you could see how it ran at the different settings. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q20lj6av74Y
