Ram: 4GB
Video: NVIDIA GeForce 810M (1 GB)
OS: Windows 8
Maybe if you cool it with liquid nitrogen
Maybe lower requirement games
Really really light games (like Crazy Taxi) may run. It's far, far too slow for anything like Metroid Prime, SMG, etc.

What´s the problem? Video card, processor or ram?
I've run super smash bros brawl with Amd athlon ll, 2 gb ram and integrated video card.
Also, i've run twilight princess with Intel Celeron Dual core 1,80 ghz, 4 gb de ram and integrated intel graphics. (60-70% in town and 100% in some places)

A Quad core bay trail a.k.a arm processor is made for mobile device
It's weaker than an outdated dual core cpu
Integrated gpus are not recommended for dophin
Nvidia GT 810m is weak
Overall , a sub 600$ laptop will never run dolphin well
For laptop , you will need to spend at least 1000$

Because it's an arm processor , not a normal cpu

Lol? Since when does intel make arm cpus? Intel atom cpus are still x86 cpus, just really really slow. Didn't realize how slow though:

Summary: The Pentium Anniversary Edition with its 2 cores at 3.2 Ghz is over 100% faster than this quad core cpu. In single or dual thread applications(Dolphin 2-3 threads), it gets much much worse.
I don't know how fast this NVIDIA GeForce 810M is, but i assume it's in the same league as the cpu. So, maybe it is able to play some games at 1xIR, no AA no AF or anything.
All in all, it wouldn't surprise me, if you could only play the lighest games out of the lightweight category with this system.
