Hi guys, using a high end nvidia card (gtx970), which options do you recommend for best image quality?

Should I use dx11 or opengl?

Thanks.
OpenGL is best for most games.
Thanks. I dont need performance, just looking for best image quality.

I think opengl let you choose some additional filters, any suggestion?
Enable SSAA and 16x AF, as well as per-pixel lighting.
Thanks. Added that and 4x ir. Looks good so far.

Any postprocessing effect?
you can probably push that ir higher

Try DolphinFX:

Ishiiruka Dolphin have SSAO and DOF, it works well combined to ReShade. Apply HD texture pack if you can find one for your game.
Thanks guys.

Not sure if pushing more than 4x ir will have any effect on a 1080p display.

DophinFX looks good, will try.

Not sure about ishiikura build, don´t want to mess with game saves, don´t know if will use the same directories than dolphin. Will check.

Mario galaxy 2 looks great with hd textures. A little lag here and there, but it´s ok.
4x IR is already higher than 1080p, which results in downsampling (which makes things look nice because of less jagged edges). Higher IR makes more downsampling and less jagged lines, with higher detail textures.
