I can run Twilight Princess just swimmingly, but F-Zero GX gives me hell. I haven't tried turning off Dual Core though.

I had no idea this was actually a GC game all along :p

I don't think SoA is particularly demanding. Probably "medium" more than anything. On any Sandy Bridge system around 2.5GHz, it does pretty well. I think I eveb tried it at 2.2 GHz a while back. I could try it again if anyone is interested in the results.
I'ld be interested, I just can't seem to get it at a stable speed. Whenever text is present it starts to drop down randomly (sometimes down to 14FPS), especially during scenes and menus.
This game must use some high quality fonts. xD
Timesplitters Future Perfect is fairly heavy.
Put Resident Evil 4 and Super Smash Bros Melee (4 players in Fire Emblem stage) in HEAVY

Put Eternal Darkness, SoulCalibur II, Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, Resident Evil 0, Resideent Evil Remake and Resident Evil Code VERONICA X on MEDIUM-LIGHT

Put Resident Evil 2 on LIGHT

Put Animal Crossing and Tales of Symphonia in LIGHTEST
I wouldn't say RE4 is heavy, it's pretty light on the CPU and the tiny viewport doesn't need a lot of power for 100% speed.
Maybe we should specify if it's CPU demanding, GPU demanding, or both.

There are some scenes in which Resident Evil 4 Wii does lag on my PC(Pentium G3258 4.2 Ghz + Radeon HD 7790). Mostly the 1st time it starts to rain at the lake, and the underground bulldozer stage. Reducing the IR in those cases seems to help, so it is more of a GPU problem though.

In general, is a game in the heavy category, if it spikes there for 1-2 scenes, while the rest is super lightweight? If yes, then also Okami is in the heavy category, 2 dialog scenes lag on my PC, even if it could run at double speed the rest of the time. Tales of Symphonia GC ist not a lightweight game either then, because of the city of flanoir and its snow.
I was assuming "Heavy" meant a game has trouble running even at 1x IR.

Didn't IR only matter for GPU performance? If so then what you're talking about means graphical intensive games. Which doesnt always mean it's hard on the CPU. In my experience can any decent dedicated GPU run any Wii/GCN at 1080p (3x IR) or higher anyway so the CPU would be a more common Bottleneck.

Dont know if we count games when enhanced with cheats but if we do you can add Metroid Prime with clipping disabled to the heaviest list. Normal Metroid Prime runs fine with it but disabling clipping drops the framerate to far below 30 in some areas.
