your profile says you're using Dolphin version 3.2? i'm not sure i quite understand because that's not a real version on the download page. try using the latest dev version

Sorry if it is silly that I don't know what you mean by that, but I don't. Can you help me out?
Go to the game properties (right click on the game you're trying to run and click properties), then go to the Info tab. Click Compute next to the md5 checksum and post the results

I've run into a problem trying to do this. When I try to open the iso, it works fine. But when I click browse and try to find it it doesn't show up.
Clicking Browse wants to to select the folder the games are located in so that it can scan that directory
