I'm not 100% sure about the PSU, any suggestions would be fantastic (as well as any other changes to be made). Budget is not much more than what I'm at already.

Will games like Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Smash work on this?

Thanks!

Alternatively, will this work better than the previous build?

Thanks again
mix n' match. get the 750TI and the 4690k. if you don't want to do that then I would go for the first one.

Budget Sad
you can't afford +$30 on the second build?

guess I could, will it make that much of a difference?
Two things - one, that motherboard might need you to put a different CPU in and do a BIOS update before it'll work with a G3258, a 4690K or a 4790K. If you want assurance that you won't need to do that, you need a Z97 board instead.

Also, if you want best performance per pound, you might want to look at whatever AMD sell for the same price as the 750 Ti as it'll outperform it a little.

The amazon reviews say it'll work with the G3258 and the i5, is this not the case?
If MSI update the bios before shipping to you then it's safe to buy otherwise you will have to do it yourself

Do I need any special hardware to flash it? or is it a case of installing it to a usb stick and flashing it that way
