This is the famous (and only) error of Dolphin. One don't read Pad Plug-in. But I have DirectX 10.1. What must I do?
CPU: RAM: 1gb. OS: Vista Home Premium. Dual Core processor. 1.6 GHz. ATI Mobility Radeon. Old Dolphin go very good (no perfect, but gamely), but for this there is the equal problem, the PAD Configure Huh

read the stickies. It doesn't matter if you have dx10.1, dx 11 or whatever. You need to update dx9 because they're separate.
