So when I dump I use my animal crossing dvd to get an iso?

Yes. If you have an actual Wii it makes things easier, you can use the Homebrew channel and do it via CleanRip, or that page on the wiki links to a thread with instructions on how to dump with an optical drive, but only certain ones can do it.

I don't have the right cd drive so I downloaded one and all that's there is cdrom.inf and some other things, how do I install it
