Hi Dude´s

Strange here the only 2 games runing @ 60 fps are

Muramasa and Smash bros´

OS: Win 7 x64
CPU: Q6600 @ 4 x 2,4GHz
RAM: 3GB DDR 3
GC: ATI HD6850 1GB GDDR5

man my GC is new and sux ?! some guys get better fps with low GC but 2,6 ghz @ core -.-

lowest antiS. antiA 640x480 dx9 use. -.-
try overclocking your cpu a bit you should get better performance and disbaling AA should get you few more FPS

Please Excuse my Ignorance

First off, should i ask this among a dissimilar thread, please direct me to said appropriate thread, thank you.
Again, excuse my ignorance, im afraid im not savvy in emu tech in comparison of those among this site, but im having issues registering configuration with the c-stick. im trying to set it to my 2nd anilog (Currintly using a logitech Dual Action Controller) but, alas, tha lil bastard tests my patience; im an impatient fellow. If someone among you could rectify this situation for me, my gratitude would be yours.
Another note: Im going to try a 360 Controller to see if the functionality is superior, we shall see...

I'm thinking about getting a new laptop, and want to know whether it's good enough to run Dolphin. Here are the specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7-2630QM (2.00GHz - 2.90GHz)
RAM: 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 (1333MHz)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M 1GB GDDR3

quadcore becouse then you have 4 times the ghz in your pc for example 3600/4 =900 mhz a processor is a super fast load time and game. dualcore is 2 times 1,9 ghz that looks fast but then you have only load and play and quad is 3 times 900 mhz for play and 900 needed to load so that means 1,9 ghz versus 2,7 ghz and then quad is much and much faster. hope this helped you out with ur issue.

my pc specs: nvidia2100m gfx, dualcore 2,4 ghz 32 bitx( i am going also going for cpu update)and 3 gb ram
This thread should be updated with these links:

Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64)

Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64)

This will most likely fix any "This application has failed to start because VCOMP100.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem" issues.

wow this just nonsense... on a quad core @ 3ghz each CPU is going at 3ghz. Same goes for dual core. Now, as Dolphin is not that multi-core firendly, if you compare a 3ghz dual core and a 3ghz quad core you get only a 10% performance difference. You are better suited with a high frequency dual core than a low frequency quad core. Shoot for something higher than 3.5GHz (for C2D / C2Q) and certainly lower for an I5/7 first generation and even less for a Sandy Brudge
Hi. Sorry to hit up an old thread, but I am having a plugin error. I tried using the link in the first post but they all lead to dead links now. Is there any way to update them or has that forum been moved somewhere else?

I am running an old version of Dolphin, r5618 because it's the only version I seem to be able to get working on my Mac where the graphics are right. I tried r7419 but the graphics do not run. The r5618 is from when Dolphin had a problem where trying to change the GCPad configuration causes Dolphin to crash. I've tried overwriting the Library> App Support> Dolphin > Config folder with a more up-to-date folder but that has not helped. Any suggestions on how to fix my problem (aside from "get a new computer" or "run it in Windows"?)
I've updated some of the links to the Dolphin builds in the first post, daco's and omegadox's sites were dead and were removed for working Dolphin download links. Also updated the Microsoft Visual C++ from 2008 to 2010 download links. This will hopefully give the new users half a chance if they were to read this. More outdated changes to come.

Thanks Starscream, that should help out a lot of the new people using this thread!
