Thanks for the answers nosound97 and omegadox.

Perhaps I didn't see the announcement you are talking about or perhaps I read so much stuff it got lost in there someplace, but the title " Getting Started with Dolphin" does sort of jump out at you as if it were a newbie guide. It draws newbies to it. Nuff said.
Thats the point.

yes, i installed the latest vc++ runtime environement

specs:
2.4ghz c2d
hd4570 mobility
win 7 ultimate x64
4gb ram

edit: updated to newest drivers: cc 9.9 (yea they work on notebooks...)
problem still persists


I get that same problem with the newest revisions. Older ones work just fine.

specs:
quad core 2.4ghz
Radoen Hd4850
32 bit
2gb ram

Upgrade HP a6000n or New Build???
Can anyone please provide input and help me out?
I am running a HP a6000n and am able to run Gamecube games, but not at full speed.
1. Should I upgrade components (IF possible due to integrated graphics card), change settings, or buy a NEW BUILD?
2. If I upgrade my video card what would you recommend?

dolphin doesn't show the character in rezident evil zero whats wrong and when i enable wireframe it only shows the character
for gfx cards, what about the nvidia quadro fx series? because mine's an nvidia quadro fx 770, and i dont know if my gfx card supports open gl 2.x fully
