framelimit is different on different games/regions so play with the framelimiter a bit

But what about the CPU at 100 when i'm playing? Isn't it bad?

Dolphin uses as much CPU power as it requires for full speed. it's ok

doubt a 1.8ghz cpu will run with more enough cpu power... whats wrong with you lately nosound?

could someone please help me with this i just downloaded dolphin 4253 and when i try to use dx9 plugin emulator crashes this didn't happen when i used 4244 and now plugin does not show up in the list anymore
