where is the performance guide and where can i find the IR settings? ill try that out, latest version it still lags unfortunately ...

The IR settings can be found under Graphic settings.  Click on the Enhancements tab.  I wouldn't recommend starting off with anything higher than 2x Native.  If that seems to work ok, then see if going any higher starts effecting game performance.  You might even want to start off at 1x just to be safe, then go from there

I have all the settings set according to the performance guide, its all default settings dolphin recommends, i tried 1.5 native and it still lags i doubt 2x is gonna do anything, im dumbfounded i just dont get it, it was never like this... it was originally at 1x native which is default setting so, does anyone know why its like this? this is ridiculous lol
